Exchanging/returning products:

The product was purchased on the Eyecon website
Product exchange will be possible when the product and its packaging are complete and original, unopened and unused.
It will not be possible to exchange/return parameters ordered from abroad especially for the customer.
As stated above, based on the premise that you have a current prescription for lenses and you are experienced in fitting contact lenses of the type purchased, products will not be accepted back due to any incompatibility or dissatisfaction.
Products will be exchanged up to one month from the date of purchase.

Cancelling a transaction:

A product return will be made in accordance with the law up to 14 days from the day of receiving the product or a disclosure document whichever is later
