The use of contact lenses
Contact lenses are a medical product, so they must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions as shown in the leaflet inside the product packaging
And according to the instructions of the ophthalmologist/and/or the optometrist with whom you were examined and who wrote the prescription for the contact lenses.
“Eyecon.il” is not responsible for damage caused to the consumer or the product due to violation of instructions for use / due to improper and correct use of the product.

Purchase on the website
The purchase on the site will be made using a credit card issued in Israel by the credit companies.
The right to purchase on the website is for any resident of Israel who is 18 years old and has a valid credit card.
When placing an order on the website, (telephone order / direct order on the website) after receiving a purchase confirmation,
The customer must ensure that the order data is fully accurate:
Model, address, contact information, etc. (if there is a discrepancy, it must be notified immediately 053-2245914)

The products on the site
The photos on the website are for illustration only.
Sometimes there may be color differences between the photos of the products on the site and the products as they will actually be delivered on the delivery dates.
We undertake to deliver the goods within 5 business days for express delivery and 14 days for standard delivery.
Eyecon.il is not responsible for delays in product delivery due to reasons beyond their control.
In cases where the delivery of the product is partial due to a lack of the supplier’s stock, the company will order the balance of the order and inform the customer about it by phone.
You can pick up the products by choosing self-pickup with prior arrangement only.

Exchange / return of products
You can exchange / return a product when the product and its original packaging are complete and original, unopened and unused.
It will not be possible to exchange / return a product for a special order that was made for the customer and is not in the product catalog on the website.
Exchange / return will be made up to 14 business days from the day of receipt of the product along with an invoice and presentation of a proper product in original packaging.
The company may, at its discretion, make a replacement.

Product warranty after purchase:
The company is not responsible for any damage caused to the product after opening it, including tears, scratches, dehydration, wear and tear, etc.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, the company will provide a warranty upon presentation of an invoice and no later than 14 days after purchase.
In the case of a return, the amount returned will be the price of the product minus 5% of the order amount.
