Hand washing

This is the first and most important step Wash your hands thoroughly with soap (preferably antibacterial without perfume) (and then dry with a towel (recommended fiber-free

To do this, simply place the lens on the tip of your finger and hold it up towards the light. If the edges wrinkle outward - it is reversed (see figure below). If it looks like a smooth mug, it is ready to be assembled.

Gently pinch the lens

between thumb and index finger and remove it. Repeat this operation on the other side as well.

Look up and gently lower the eyelid .the bottom using the middle finger

Slowly bring the index finger to the eye

Until it touches the bottom edge of the lens. Then slide the lens gently down to the lower white part of the eye
